TOP 8 TIPS FOR GETTING PREGNANT>>

HAVE ENJOYABLE SEX
Sometimes when couples are trying to conceive, sex becomes a bit of a chore or function of reproduction and is not as enjoyable. Plan a romantic evening or perhaps try something different to spice things up! How you’re feeling sexually can factor into your chances of getting pregnant. Some researchers believe that having an orgasm during sex increases your chances of getting pregnant. Now get to work!

GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE
Research shows that a man's sperm count is higher in the morning, and some women have even noticed that men are naturally 'in the mood' when they wake up.

DRINK LIKE A FISH
Water, that is. An adult should drink 8-10 glasses of water a day as part of normal health. It's even more important for a woman who wants to get pregnant to maintain this healthy habit.

STAY FIT
Since obesity can affect fertility and pregnancy, getting and staying fit is an important factor affecting the chance of getting pregnant. When trying to get pregnant, an appropriate body mass index (BMI) falls between 20 and 30. Some physicians and dieticians believe that an optimal BMI for pregnancy may be as low as 18.5 and 25. Don’t get hung up on the specific number, a woman trying to increase her fertility should eat well, exercise within parameters outlined by her doctor, and maintain a healthy weight.

REDUCE STRESS AND DEPRESSION
Do not minimize the impact that stress can have on conceiving. Stress and depression can take a toll on a woman's body and decrease her fertility. A woman who is under stress or suffering from depression should discuss this possibility with her physician before attempting to get pregnant. Try Yoga, Yoga can reduce stress and bodily tension and energetic blocks in the body that can accumulate over time. Click here to learn more!

STOP SMOKING – AND, EASE UP ON THE COFFEE
Smoking has negative impacts both parties in a relationship. Studies have shown that smoking ten or more cigarettes per day has a serious negative effect on egg production. In men, cigarette smoke constricts blood vessels, which in turn, negatively affects sperm by altering oxygen consumption and nutrient intake. High doses of caffeine, such as three cups of coffee or more can also negatively affect a woman's chance of conceiving.

SEE YOUR DENTIST!
Untreated Gum disease has been associated with adverse pregnancy outcome such as preterm deliveries. Getting regular checkups ensures that your teeth won't have an adverse effect on your pregnancy.
